Our Mission

The long-term goal of our research is to understand the molecular pathways that control the clonal evolution of leukaemic stem cells in human haematological malignancies, with a focus on the role of oncogenic disease alleles that disrupt JAK-STAT signaling and contribute to pathogenesis of clonal haematopoiesis, myeloproliferative neoplasms and acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). Our long-term mission is to translate these fundamental understandings of cancer biology into novel and improved therapies for cancer patients. We invite you to explore our site to discover who we are, what interests us and what have been our recent achievements.
